Our Italian inspired recipes are baked using modern cooking methods enabling us to provide tasty fire & stone baked pizzas. We are passionate about how we make pizza and pride ourselves in using fresh ingredients.
The inspiration for our recipes come from various Italian regions, with our flour and tomatoes from Naples.
We make our dough using authentic Italian flour and is proofed for at least 24 hours, our sauce is made using traditional San Marzano Tomatoes with only the freshest toppings used.
