Husband and Wife team Andrew and Ruth run a great Independent upholstery, retail and trade supplier. Specialising in quality, customised or bespoke sofas, sofa beds, corner & chaise units, modules, chairs, chaises and accessories are sourced from established British and European independent suppliers. Every model is available in any fabric, many may also be ordered in leather.
We offer a wide range of traditionally crafted sofas; sofa beds; corner and modular units; combination sets; arm chairs and statement pieces. We take tremendous pride in the depth of our range and in the level of our personalised service.
They offer a selection of hand-crafted British-made sofas, sofa beds, units and chairs as well as an extended range of stylish and well-priced UK and European designs.
These designs include statement pieces and products that are exclusive to the UK market. We are also delighted to retail on behalf of well established and highly regarded family-run independent upholstery manufacturers, truly the ‘best that is British’. We also represent established UK and European independent manufacturers where our working relationships are based on long standing trust and mutual respect.
Bespoke your furniture
Our ‘best that is British’ range offers a fully bespoke service to enable you to modify the size of your chosen piece to your personal specification. For an additional 10% you may increase or decrease the height, depth, width and/or arm of the standard frame.
Customising your furniture
We also offer you the ability to customise your furniture, allowing you to:
- Select from an extensive selection of fabrics and leathers, or to use your own
- Choose your cushion fillings and finishing’s, and indeed the number you require
- Decide how your covers are finished – be they fitted or loose, piped or top stitched, with skirt etc
- Select the type and/or colour of legs, feet, glides or castors
- Access restricted areas. We will have your furniture made with removable (bolt on) arms and/or in two sections for larger pieces
Our selection of sofas, sofa beds, corner units, modular sets and chairs is extensive, as a review of our website will demonstrate. We will showcase a variety of our products in store at any one time. We aim to rotate our display throughout the year, ensuring as many models as possible are available to view in store. Together, they have over 30 years’ experience in retailing, with 10 of those years spent at Harrods and a further 20 years managing established upholstery manufactures and retailers.
